Surface Finishing
From Production To Perfection--High-Quality Surface Finishing Prototypes
Advantage
Your parts aren’t really complete until they’ve gone through our professional finishing department. Whether in metal or plastic, from a one-off prototype to full mass production, we have everything you need to take your project that final step to perfection.
Post Production Finishing
we follow International Specifications for color: PANTONE, RAL, TOYO, DIC, MUNSELL, and NCS, and for texture (Ra scale): MT Mold Tech from the USA, VDI from Germany, and YS Yick Sang from SAR H.K.
Expert painters provide paint coatings in any sheen: High Gloss, Semi-Gloss, Low Gloss, including Soft Feel coatings, and custom mixed colors matched under color correct lighting to perfect CMF specification.
Expert polishers provide Mirrored Finishes, Brushed Finishes, Turned Finishes, and Blasted Finishes using (A/O & Glass Bead) media, on plastic parts, metal parts, or painted parts to perfect CMF specification.

Anodizing
Anodizing is an electrochemical process used to treat aluminum components, resulting in the formation of an anodized coating that offers protective, decorative, and functional properties. During the process, aluminum parts act as the anode in a circuit, immersed in an electrolyte acid bath, allowing electricity and acid to interact and enhance the texture and crystal structure of the surface. This leads to the formation of a thicker, more durable oxide layer with improved properties.
Materials
Anodizing is widely used in aluminum alloys, which improves corrosion and wear resistance.
Vapor Polishing
Vapor polishing is a method that utilize vapor to polish plastics, which reducing the surface roughness or improve clarity. This method of polishing is used to get an optical quality finish effect from non-transparent plastic. Such as lens or windows that require an lightweight optical quality, vapor polishing is the fast and best way to achieve optimal transparency.
Materials
Some plastics are repsond well to vapor polishing:
Polycarbonate
Acrylic(PMMA)
ABS(acrylonitirle butadiens styrene)
Polusulfone
PEI
Pad Printing
Pad printing is a versatile printing process used to transfer inked images or designs onto three-dimensional surfaces. It involves using a silicone pad to pick up ink from a etched plate (cliché) and then transferring it onto the target surface. The pad conforms to the shape of the object being printed on, allowing for precise and consistent printing on irregularly shaped or textured surfaces.
Application
Pad printing is a very popular printing process to transfer the logo. It is used in a variety of printing appliances.
Electrical Applicances: TV, VCR, Computer, Toaster
Medical Applicances: Surgical Instruments, Catheters, Contact Lenses, Implants
Sports Appliances: Tennis Rackets, Golf balls, Footballs
Toys: Hot Wheets, Logos, Dolls, Cars
Household Applicances: Dishwasher, Washing Machines, Microwave
Sand blasting
Sandblasting, also called abrasive blasting, is a generic term for the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid sandy particles across that surface at high speeds. Some raw sandy particles including copper ore, quartz sand, emery sand, iron sand and Hainan sand.
Type of Sand blasting
There are lots of types in sandblasting, such as wet sandblasting, vapor blasting, bead blasting, wheel blasting, vacuum blasting and so on.
The common type we can offer is bead blasting. Bead blasting is used to clean calcium deposits from pool tiles or any other surfaces, remove embedded fungus, and brighten grout color. Usually, the parts can get a nice appearance after bead blasting.
Painting
Paint is a kind of surface coating process for industries products, it includes plastic painting, silk screen and pad painting process. The layer of coating is a liquid paint through natural air or baking.
Liquid paints are ideal for situations where a specific color is needed, where the coating needs to be smooth, or there is a lot of color variation. According to different requirement of glossiness, we can provide gloss, semi-matt and matt painted surface.
Gloss PaintedGood reflective effect, high anti – luminosity, clean andclear surface bright.
Semi-matte PaintedBetween gloss and matt painte.
Matte PaintedLow reflection rate, color and lustre is softer.
As Machined Finish
Machine Finish Using high quality solid carbide cutters and industry leading CAD/CAM software, we are able to achieve superb surface finishes through high speed machining and cutting strategies. Finishes include:
•Fine Milled Finish: This is our standard fine milled finish. Good for general purpose finishing and looks quite brilliant
•Premium Fine Milled Finish: This is our premium fine milled finish.Great for parts requiring a very high level of surface finishing and the lowest possible surface roughness.
